Hi,
This is a simple question, but I don't have a Room kit here to test with myself. Can you see Phone Book on touch panel connected to Cisco Spark Room Kit ?
I have hooked up a room kit to TMS phone book, and verified that I can see the directory from the web gui. But, customer can't see any phone book on the touch panel.
Is it different on room kit that on other telepresence systems ?

I have resolved the phone book problem.
My deployment architecture is : Room kit(enterprise private IP behind a FW/NAT)--FW/NAT-VCS/E-VCS/C-TMS-OpenLDAP.
I download configuration template of SX80 and edit it , changing Model to Codec , adding phone book server VCS and URL public@1table.cn, and naming it codec-yqd. Then I upload it to TMS.
then I restart the room kit and I can see phone book on the touch 10.

Hi,
I had same issue with TMS phonebooks. It was newly installed system and recently applied phonebooks from TMS. Rebooted EP and it fixed.
