Hi All,
I have set-up an user account on TMS and in Events notification, I selected all the devices and select event type as Scheduling for them.
Now, when I am booking a conference, I am getting individual e-mail confirmation for each device rather than 1 consolidated e-mail which is the requirement,can someone advise how this can be sorted out ?

To my knowledge there is no way to change this, the event notifications will send an email whenever the specific event is triggered, no consolidation of emails unfortunately.

Hi Patrick,
It works fine for other clients, we receive a single e-mail confirmation for each booking ( no matter how many end-points are added in that booking).
In this case, we receiving seperate confirmation for each end-point.
