TMS Snapshots

I am using TMS 14.2.2 and my snapshots are not refreshing.

Need more information regarding your deployment.
Are the endpoint connected point-to-point or multipoint, if multipoint what is the conference bridge type, is the call encrypted?
What software version is TMS, endpoints, conference bridge, etc?
