TMS Systems Navigator Issue

When I add a system to TMS, it doesn' talways appear in the Navigator.  It doesn't show up in any searches.  It may or may not show up in the system list if I try to purge it.  If I attempt to add again, TMS will indicate it is already in the database even though I cannot see it.  Certain systems created by others also will not show up.  A system I added, but could not  can be seen by other TMS users.  I purged my browser history, etc.  No avail.  Any suggestions?

Do any of the systems appear under Systems > Purge Systems?  If they do, and they're not anywhere in the System Navigator list, purge them, and then try to add them again.

When you tried to add them, did TMS give you a green check mark or a red X indicating that it was successful in adding the endpoints or there were errors?
