Hi Everyone,
I've had several critical & major ticket alerts for codecs that have disappeared overnight. Is there a way to find out why they disappeared or a history of tickets in TMS that I can look at? Thank you.

From within TMS, go to the Reporting menu, then select System > Ticket Log

Hi Wayne,
Is there a way to figure out more details for a past ticket then what the ticket log gives? I'm trying to figure out why an authentication error was fixed when my team or I didn't implement the suggested fix from Cisco. Thanks for your help!!
