I noticed that the video address for dial in participants doesn't get added to the booking email sent by TMS when all the participants are to be dialed automatically. Which means the video address is only shown in the email when someone is configured within TMS to dial into the conference themselves. Is there a way to make the video addresses for the conference always present in the email, no matter the dialing method be it always dial out, mixed of dial out/in, or just dial in? I've tried to edit the template myself, but can't seem to figure it out. It would be nice to have the video addresses always there, just in case someone decides to dial in, and if they have the email, they can without having to contact someone to get the information.
Thanks

Hi Patrick,
Finally i have managed to get the dial in information indicated in the TMS generated email no matter if there are no dial in participant included in the vc.
In the "Edit invite" html - add the following under telepresence details - <VAL:NUMERIC_ID>@ABC.COM (For SIP-ABC is your domain name) while for H.323 - <VAL:NUMERIC_ID>@ X.X.X.X (X.X.X.X. can be IP of your expressway)
It took me a while to get the desired format but at the end it does come up as expected

Thanks for the tip, but numeric ID won't work in my case as we use Conductor. Numeric ID is only supported with direct managed conference bridges, such as an MCU or TelePresence Server, and not Conductor.
It's mentioned in one of Kjetil's replies above.

TMS 14.5 just released, TMS now provides a dial-in address in the booking invite, and doesn't rely on a dial-in participant to be added to the conference unlike before. I've also confirmed it works with Conductor as well!
From TMS 14.5 release notes:
Dial-in addresses in booking confirmation emails Booking confirmation emails now always include dial-in numbers, regardless of whether participants are scheduled to dial into the conference. For multipoint conferences hosted on an external bridge, dial-in numbers to the bridge for all protocols used are included. For point-to-point calls or calls hosted on an endpoint with embedded multisite, addresses of all participants are included.
