TMSPE 1.0 fails to authenticate to TMS Server due to SoapException

Hello,

We are attempting to install TMSPE 1.0 in conjuction with an instance of TMS v13.1.2.  The TMS is a virtual machine running on Windows Server 2003.  When we attempt to enter the TMS credentials of a Site Administrator account into the TMSPE installer we recieve the following TMS Authentication Error:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction:

http://www.tandberg.com/TMS/PhonebookService/1.0/Ping.

Any idea what may cause this error?

Hi,

TMSPE 1.0 will not work with TMS 13.1.2, you need TMS 13.2 or later.
