Hi there,

we have an error presenting the provisioning extension pages.

The browser returns the following error

Hi, Prior upgrading to TMSPE 1.1 have you updated all critical Windows updates installed on your TMS windows server ? Also as mentioned in TMSPE 1.1 release note document Java 7 update 17, 32-bit or 64-bit is supported.

what is the Java version installed on your TMSPE ?

Hello mahkrish,

yes i have updated all available security patches via windows update. I removed the java 6 update 33 and install the java 7 update 17 64bit with several reloads.

Hi, Thank you for sharing the inputs. Can you remote desktop to TMS server and open the TMS application and check if you can navigate to TMSPE web pages ? By default TMS application will open the portal in IE browser.

Remote on the webserver the TMS Portal is the same view as on browsers:

Everything is displayed except the TMSPE pages. And on IE getting the same errors:

Is it only in Internet Explorer 7 that you see this problem?

Tested with Win7 IE10, On Server IE10, WinXP IE8 and Win7 Firefox 20.0.1, Win7 19.0.1

Every Browser same view...

Maybe Dowgrade from IE10 on the Server?

Dowgrade to IE9 and remove/reinstall TMSPE1.1... no status change.
