TMSPE - User getting error trying to access meetings on Smart Scheu

User can access smart scheduler page but can't see their meetings.

 

"An error occurred. Reload the page and try again."

 

Any reason to why this could be?  Browser isn't the issue as they're using IE 11

There could be a number of causes for such an issue. I would recommend reviewing the TMS and TMSPE logs. You may also want to narrow this down. For example, identifying when this first occurred, if there were any changes on the Windows Server hosting TMS/TMSPE at the time, if the issue exists consistently for all users, some users, or just one user.
