TMSXE cant connect to Exchange

Hi Experts,

Im trying to Install the TMSXE Service, but the Problem is that the TMSXE can t connect to the Exchange server.

Connection to the Exchange is possilble over https//XXXXX/owa and https//XXXXX/ews from the Server where TMSXE

is installed.

So why is TMSXE not connecting to the Exchange Server.

There is something in the dokumentation with no detailed information:

DNS

The Cisco TMSXE server must be configured to use a DNS server with service records for the Active

Directory domain of the Exchange server.

=> ??? Which Service Records does it need ?

So any Ideas?

Hi,

the message sound like the domain of the user account you are using is not correct. Did you check if this is the correct domain?

The domain should be the AD long or short name.
