Re: Touch 10 panel - Layout button missing

My client has 4x SX20's with Touch 10 panels and 1 x SX80 with a Touch 10 panel. When presenting in a call, all of the SX20's have the Layout option in the top right hand corner of the touch panel, but the SX80 does not.

Is there a feature or setting that needs to be enabled in order for the layout button to appear on the Touch 10? Any help would be much appreciated.

Are all the endpoints running the same software version, or is the SX80 on a different version?

Hi Wayne,

I can confirm both the the SX80 and the touch 10 are on the same software version. My colleague was on site to confirm.

We are able to see the presentation in PiP, but my client would like the see this on full screen locally, hence why the layout button is needed.

Any other help would be greatly apprecaited.
