Hello Guys!
SX80 is displaying correct Time but Touch 10 is showing incorrect time. We are using SIP and Touch 10 connected direct to SX80 meaning not connected to a switch. We have NTP server, and using DHCP.
Tried to change time zone from CUCM but it did not work!

I have found a defect matching the conditions what you have mentioned.
Cisco Touch 10 shows incorrect time, because the ntpd services fail to start on this software version TC7.3.12.
This is the defect link: CSCvh09710.
Please perform a software upgrade to TC 7.3.13 to resolve the issue.

What is the software version you are running on this SX80 codec?
What time-zone have you configured ?

Did you mean to right TC 7.3.12 as current software version?
Is the NTP setting on CUCM is not set to "Unicast"?
Do you see any warning message under SX80 diagnostics ? ( Like >> WARNING: NTP status)

1- Yes TC7.3.12
2- Yes NTP set as "Unicast"
3- No I do not see any warning it is green all the way. (OK: NTP status
