Transport E1 via SIP

Hello friends.
I have one situation, i need transport one TDM circuit from one POP ( point of presence ) to a remote POP via sip. i'm used two cisco 2801 with E1 card.
Below a picture of scenario.

I'm need to forward all calls from Local POP to Remote, and all calls from Remote POP to Local and forward to telco.

I'm need help with the dial peers,the Local TDM config and ip is working.

I am confused when to use destination-pattern and incoming called-number
