Troubles with camera PHD 12xs

I have SX-20 codec with ce 9.9.0 46f7ea38fda software. and PrecisionHD 1080p 12X with 40083 software. When i plug cables in camera, it starting update to version 40085, and just shutting down. Logs on codec tells:

 what i need to do? can i cancel software update? or somehow format flash drive on camera?

If the camera keeps failing to upgrade then it is likely faulty and you should log an RMA through the Cisco TAC.
