Turn off automatic update on DX80?

I have a DX80 unit here that we are in the process of updating, and when the update is completed, we get a notification that there is a system update pending. I can postpone this for 6 hours, however if I run this update it will revert the system back to 9.5.0 from 9.10.0 which I updated earlier. Is there a way I can remove this automatic update to ensure we have the system software updated properly?

Is your DX80 registered to a CUCM?  I suspect that the CUCM has CE9.5.0 on it and is set to deploy this to your environment.  You need to update the software load on the CUCM and set it to send the right version to your endpoint.

Where is your DX80 registered (VCS,EXPRESSWAY,CUCM or Webex cloud)?

Please check on which provisioning server is set on your DX80

 

Your on-prem TFTP server may be pushing the older version
