Turning on One Button to Push

Greetings

We have TMSXE integrated scheduling configured and have allowed TMSXE to manage some of our conference room calendars but at present, we have the system set for reservation only. We plan to turn on One Button to Push but the question I have, will there be a full re-sync of all calendars in order to create call routes for each meeting OR...is there something that I need to trigger in order for that to occur?
