one customer is asking why they can´t share presentations using HDMI while VGA is working as expected?
It is a TX9000 running 1.9.6.1 with Touch Panel registered in a CUCM 8.6.2a
This TX call another TX9000 with the same version registered at the same CUCM and can share presentations with VGA cable.
When they disconnect the VGA and use HDMI locally, the presentation display shows the HDMI presentation image, but when we repeat the same call and start to share but now with HDMI instead VGA, the Touch Panel show a message: "Unsupported Screen Resolution: Please change your computer resolution to 1024x768 60Hz".
The customer changed the HDMI output resolution as required and tested other resolutions too and the symptom is always the same. (can see locally but show the resolution error messaged when sharing in a call).
Any idea or suggestion?
