Hi,
I have connected display monitor (HDMI) and LAN cable. Once it started I am seeing the caption "Not Registered" on the display monitor and not able to find the IP Address. Is there a way to find the IP Address? Also I am trying to do factory reset using below approach but after shutting down SX20 when I press and hold the power button for 10 seconds it does not start blinking and not able to do factory reset. I do not have remote control so please suggest any other option if there is any or let me know if I am missing anything here.
"Turning off SX20, then hold the power button for 10 seconds until it starts blinking. Then press the power button twice. SX20 should factory reset and restart automatically."
