Unity or Call Manager server for remote sites?

Hi,

We have a Call Manager cluster (4.1.3) in NYC along with a Unity cluster 4.0.5.

We are looking to deploy VoIP to our Toronto office with redudant 6mb links. Approx 150 phones. They have their own local Excahnge servers there.

What would be recommended to be installed at the remote Toronto office?

1) Two Gateways w/ SRST?

2) #1 above + Call Manager Cluster only?

3) #1 above + a new Unity Failover Cluster + Exchange Partner server?

4) all the above?

Or any combination above?

I would suggest you add a Callmanager subscriber on the remote site joined to the existing NYC cluster. Also you will need a Unity server at the new site as the users mailstores are located there. Unity must be local to the mailstores it services.
