Where is now the camera control on the web interface? The camera presets is not was the administrator must have first.
With each update there is new, that's ok. but now, this is a step backwards.

Hi Ralf,
with TC 6.2 the control is embeded on the main veiw screen image attached, if you place the cursor on that you will get it.
rest teh preset tab is at the bottom.
hope this helps you.

Fine... but we have no picture, so we have no control.
We are not in usa. Here in our country is so security policy.

Hi Ralf,
it will still give you the option and will work as well.
if you policy do not allow to enable web snapshot then that is strange as its on your device only, which can be enabled under video settings.
you need to move your mouse cursor on the window to enable the menu.
please find image attached
if you are not getting the option then probably its your browser issue (JAVA/ Flash)
try another browser and see if that works for you.
Thanks

Also Raif - Not to confuse you anymore than you might be already trying to figure out the camera control.. but if you'd like to be able to see the snapshots from the codec, simply enable "Web Snapshots" directly on the codec in the advanced settings > video options. This has to be done directly to the codec using a remote, enabling snapshots via web interface or SSH isn't an option due to privacy reason of course. Wouldn't want anyone to enable it without someone knowing.
