I am new to the VC world, but not to Call Manager.
I am trying to upgrade a DX 70 unit via call manager and am unable to. I am able to upgrade the VC unit via the unit itself, browse to the file and upgrade simple. However when I upload the cop.sgn file to my CM cluster and follow the procedure as I would for a phone, the upgrade never takes. I have tried to restart the phone via call manager and through the unit itself. I checked the device defaults and the firmware is there. I even tried to use the Phone Load field in the device without success.
Via the unit upgrade option, I have upgraded from ce-9.10.0-50f5888d087-2019-12-17 to ce-9.9.2-f2110f7eda7-2019-12-17.
Not sure what I am missing.
