Dear all
I ahev a general questions regarding the Migration from TMSXE 2.3.1 to 3.02 with Excahnge 2003.
Is there a problem to do that? or could be maybe a risk that I'm loose all my Calendar entry on the Exchange?
Is it also possible to make an upgrade to 3.02 in the follow way:
1. Detach the Room mailbox (on 2003) -> no longer synchronise the Calendar to TMS
2. Uninstall the TMSXE 2.3.1
3. Now I'm clear all booking Resource on the TMS
4. Move / Convert the Room Mailboxes to Exchange 2010
5. Installing TMSXE 3.02
6. Installing/Configure TMSXE 3.02 as clean Installation
7. Configure the VC System with the associated Room mailbox (Exchange 2010)
Now the existing Calendar Entry are synchronis with TMS should beo OK.
Any input appreciated for my Querstions.
Best regards
georg

Hi
doing a migration from 2.3.1 is possible and the process should be documented in the TMSXE installation guide:

Hi Georg, I concur with Magnus, as the process documented in the TMSXE installation guide has been tested by our experts and will be easier to migrate.
