Upgrade VCS Starter Pack Express to VCS Expressway

We have the

VCS Starter Pack Express, and has a CTI-VCSE-SPUPG-K9.

After upgrading to Expressway, we are down a few options that were in the starter pack, for example, find me, traversal calls, etc.

How can we migrate to these options to Expressway?

Hi,

Normally you have the option to use expressway or starter pack, is depend of the order . Please check your serial number on the Cisco license site and approve all options. The starter pack needs the find me option but the expressway not more or in special scenarios. Why do you need the findme key on the expressway ? The traversal lic's should be portable
