Uploading new Room Kit software to TMS 15.8

Hello,

I'm having issues uploading a cop.sgn file to TMS 15.8

The release notes say this is supported but went i tried to do it the upload page says its not.

Is there another type of software file I need? I only the cop.sgn files in the software center.

Is there another way to upload this?

Don't use IE to upload the .cop.sgn file, use Chrome instead.

You can copy COP.SNG file directly to C:\Program Files (x86)\TANDBERG\TMS\wwwtms\public\data\SystemSoftware\, COP.SNG file contains camera upgrade information, if you upload through TMS web page, it will separate to several files, and when you upgrade endpoint, camera may not be upgraded,because .pkg does not contain camera upgrade information

DO NOT DO THIS ^^^^^^

The TMS Admin Guide (See Page 156), and even on the software upload page, say that this should only be done for PKG files, and states on the web interface 

The .cop.sgn file can only be uploaded via 'Upload New Software' option.

When upgrading the endpoint, to ensure that all the components (codec and camera) are updated, use the "Expert" mode and send the .loads file rather than the .pkg.

Thank you Wayne，i forgot to select expert to upgrade.

maybe it`s not recommended by Cisco，it realy works when copy file directly to TMS directory or upload on endpoint web page directly
