Other than restricting administrative users using IP/Hostname in admin.prf, does anybody knows how to restrict the web access using Username and Password?
I tried to restrict using NTFS permission, but any web user can still access the default web page on port 80.
Thanks,
Audie

Version 3.4 defaults to using a username and password ("admin" and whatever password you set when you install the software).
Any access to the content manager or web resources on teh CM machine gives you an authentication popup.
Good Luck

Look in the Apache documentation. I believe there is security settings in there. But there are also passwords that can be set for each program in Content manager.
