Hi Community:
My company transfrom two video conference room into a multimedia conference room at 2020, we using Avia 1281 DSP to connect loud speaker and Sennheiser microphone, the two room using same configuration, both using roomOS 10.8.2, when I try to turn off echo control on codec and enable DSP's aec, I can hear echo from my side clearly, but when I turn on both codec's and DSP's aec, the sound level suddenly decrease both side, and the voice qulity became very low, please help.
