Hi

since yesterday I have faced error in the MCU and I cannot make external video calls and I cannot make a internal video call by MCU ( 10.51.1.253 ) and appears the below error in the MCU

the VCS-C IP Address is : 10.51.1.250

please any help and I need your help because there is no maintenance support for the servers ? your help is highly appreciated

there is no video conference experts to help me please … the external users cannot reach or call internal users and cannot make call through MCU … internally endpoint to endpoint is working fine but through MCU is not worked.
