Since I am new to Cisco Video conferencing solution and Tandberg telepresence.

I am looking for a best pratice design document for a University Campus, where telepresence is a must.

I highly appreciate your guidance on this topic.

Your best bet is to get in touch with a Cisco representative or vendor and have them take a deep look at your environment in order to assess the correct type of implementation specific to your needs.  They will also be able to give you direction for future deployment and potentially integrating all aspects of a unified communication solution.
