Hi,
I am trying to reset the password for VCS expressway through console using pwrec, but I am getting the attached error. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure if there was a bug regards the pwrec, I did not find it.
Do you happen to have the enhanced security key? If I recall it right that
diables the pwrec functionality.
The pwrec is only available directly after a reboot, but if I interpret your screenshot
right thats what you tried anyhow.
I guess you tried the admin and the root user with the password TANDBERG.
If you have a valid service contract you should consider opening a TAC case.
And maybe you get an answer here as well.

Did you follow the password instructions correctly? Usually you get this error when you've missed the critical "Restart" step.
The "pwrec" account is only available for a short time (one minute) following a restart.

Hi,
This is done. It was just a cosmetic error, I just had to continue giving the user admin/root for which the password need to be reset. Thanks for your support.
