hi, just want to know that how the VCS-E server itself works to avoid attacking
whether the outside LAN IP can not be ping and web access? or any other ways?

All depends on your deployment, i.e. if you put the VCS-E in a DMZ or completely out in the wild. Otherwise web access (https), ssh and console access can be turned on/off as required on the VCS itself. In the end it's entirely up to you how you protect the system from attacks.
