VCS EXPRESSWAY STATUS MESSAGES

Can anyone provide me with a document that lists the meanings of VCS Search History status messages???

I have one message keeps popping up "Temporarily Not Available" and in the ISDN code 41. 

Any assistance is appreciated.

ISDN cause code 41 is a temporary failure at the physical layer.

Thank you .. but what about the other VCS Status messages.  The Cause Code is what the system reflected but I would also like a list definition for the status messages that a VCS reports.
