VCS OUT OF CALL RESOURCES ISSUE

Got an issue ...

I have a VCS control X8.5.1 and VCS Expressway X8.5.1 ... My Control has 100 Traversal license and my expressway has only 5 traversal licenses.

have about five Zones created on the EXP.

Problem I see is that one call is up at 768 but I have another customer trying to dial in to an EP via alias and getting the following error:

Access Denied - Resource Unavailable - Out of call resources ...

My status shows one call up with 4 available licenses

Bandwidth setting is at 768 per call and downspeed per call on and downspeed total on.

 

Any other ideas... I did change the bandwidth to 2304 but still having the same issue.  Do I have to restart for the bandwidth change to take effect if it is the issue.. Don't know???
