Hi,
am i missing something? i followed the above steps but still can't get to my VCS Control via the web interface.
i am currently running VCS x8.1
steps i took:
1. Connect to the VCS as root via Secure Shell (SSH).
2. entered - echo "SSLVerifyClient none" > /tandberg/persistent/etc/opt/apache2/ssl.d/removecba.conf
3. manually removed the removecba.conf file using;
rm -i /tandberg/persistent/etc/opt/apache2/ssl.d/removecba.conf
4. tshell
5. restart
6. tried to connect to the VCS via the web interface but unsuccessful.
Is there another approach i can take?
cheers

I think you need to do a reboot between steps 2 and 3.

Tried all of that... but still the same issue, i can't get to step 4 ie web to the VCS control.
does the VCS have to be in maintence mode?
do you have to turn https off first?
kind regards
