Dear Sir

 

i have six mx200

one is register to VCS and work fine but when i try to register the rest of end point to vcs it will fail.

and those 6 end point is connected through VPN at our branch.

Also i could not be able to login to VCS through HTTP but i can login through SSH and i have alert at VCS

alert     The system is busy - The system is shutting down, or starting

please i need your help.

i try to use command Xcommand boot but the system is not respond?

If you could tell us a bit more about your deployment, especially which (VCS-C or -E) how the VCS and endpoints are deployed and which software versions you run.

The latest software versions would be TC7.3 for the MX200 and X8.5 on the VCS.

 

If its a virtual VCS please make sure that the system requirements are matched!

Which user do you use to access the VCS via SSH, root or admin.

 

The xcommands are only valid if logged in as admin. Though as the system

is marked as "busy" the admin tsh might not work proper.

 

I would try to login as root and do a: shutdown -r now

 

If that does not work do a power-cycle or if its a virtual machine use the visualization environment.

 

 

In general this should not happen. So if you do not bring it up, its urgent and you have a valid service contract you can also consider to open a TAC case.
