Dear Folks,
We got a setup here where all our devices inclusive of VG224 are all registered to Subscribers.
We have 2 VG224 here, but only 2 is giving us the problem. When we tried to registered that particular VG224 to Subscribers, it works perfectly fine. But a few weeks later, it will be registered to Publishers despite my Subscriber still up and running.
We have checked the configs, device pool indicated Subscriber followed by Publisher and CM group also the same.
Hence, now and then we need to reset our VG224 every 2-3 weeks to get it register back to Subscriber.
