Video Call Dropping between SX20 & SX10

Dear Cisco,

I have 1 unit of cisco sx20 and 2 units of cisco sx10 all in standalone mode, when i call to other site with cisco sx20 on H323, the calls are fine.

but when having a conf call with SX10 units on SIP protocal, the call is disconnecting every 15 min.

Please help me on this issue

SIP calls dropping after "15 minutes" are almost always a firewall issue where the sip re-invite is not being passed or SIP ALG.

A simple google search will show you many articles about the same problem and how to fix it: SIP call drop 15 minutes.
