Video codecs problem for outgoings videocalls

Hi,

we are having problems when we try to start a videoconference from an IP-Videoconference (Polycom VSX7000) using a Video Gateway (IPVC-3526-GW1P) to outside (let's say PSTN)- Polycom ViewStation 128.

We can heard audio, but video is never established.

But if the video conference is initiated by outside part (PSTN) to our inside IP-Videoconference it works fine.

This also happens with other Videoconference models.

We've checked in the Video-Gateway the audio communications is right, but video doesn't work, because a codec issue.

Do you know how to solve it?
