Hi,
I have one cisco SX 20 device and telepresence isdn link device. below said steps through i configured and paired the SX and telepresence device
Step: 1
configured static Ip add through remote control.
Step: 2
using static ip , I login to SX 20 device using browser. (ip 10.1.1.2)
Step :3
Configuration--> peripherals --> manage isdn link -->click searching--> click paired
Step 4
In ISDN link configuration--> i entered isdn numbers in directory. afterwards it working fine.
Problem:
For testing purpose , we unpair the device and restart the SX 20. Afterwards we are unable to pair the telepresence device.
While click search button (NO DEVICES DETECTED) message is showing.

Did restarting the ISDN Link resolve your issue?

Have you tried to restart the ISDN Link?
You could attempt to manually pair the two, take a look at the ISDN Link API Guide pg 82.
Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed. You can move your question to the correct section by editing it and changing the categories at the bottom.
