Video conference

Dear all,

I am having cisco video phones with that i am able to make a video call. but i want to make video conference with video phones.
I test meet me conference and adhoc but its only audio conference. please i want help to setup video conference with this phones.i am using cucm10.1.what and how i can make a video conference..

you need a conductor and Telepresence server/MCU for multi party video conferences
