I am looking for help with product placement for a video solution to allow a person at point A to communicate (Voice / Video / Data) to a group of people at point B

If the communication is going to be interactive you will want to use a videoconferencing product. You can run this over most existing WAN's assuming you have enough bandwidth, T1 or better on the WAN. Cisco supplies videoconferencing infrastructure products (Gatekeeper, Gateway, and MCU) but doesn't supply endpoints. Check out http://www.tandberg.net/ for Cisco's endpoint partner.
