Hi,
I am looking for a VC troubleshooting guide. Usually, users experience some issues during VC calls, like lost of audio/video or issues with the content share during a call.
Until now, my only way to troubleshoot this kind of issues is to hang up the call and call again. Some times it is not enough and it is necessary to restart devices.
I have to add, that I'm not in the same building that the endpoints devices, so I would like to know if there is a more "scientific" method to determine what the problem is.
