Voice Lift and Speaker Track, can they work in the same room?

Hi Folks,

We have a client that we are doing a POC with a dual MX800 in their boardroom.  The client has an existing voice lift system in their boardroom and we were wondering if it could possibly cause tracking issues with the Speaker Track cameras?

Has Cisco ever done such an implementation?  If yes, what were your experiences?  Any help that can be provided is much appreciated.

Using SpeakerTrack within a room that uses voice lift to help project the speaker's voice could cause issues because the microphone array might not be able to pinpoint the area where the speaker's actual voice is coming from.

Yeah... that seems to be the comments that we are getting back from Cisco.  Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.  I'll try it out and see how it goes, at least it can be disabled if needed.  Have a Great Evening!
