Voip problems - Error log on my Cisco 3745

Dear All,

I am having 2 router as gateway A and gateway B talking on h323. I am getting strange log on the log.

Feb 4 18:44:22: %HPI-3-FAILED_START: channel:3/0:15 (85872) DSP ID:0x2, failed mode 1 for service 25 -Traceback= 615C3100 615BAA28 616FA578 61AE028C 61AE0C98 616D43CC 616D5190 6131AEE0

I tried searching cisco site but not much help. The calls from gateway B to gateway A are failing with just two rings and dead air.

It is one way calling, please help. Am facing lot of complaints about the same

I think you are running into a bug here.Take a look at the bug :CSCea76850.It may address your problem.

I was not able to find that bug, can you let me know what it is as dont have a CCO, if that is available on CCO.
