Hello,
When doing a screen share (optimized for video and audio) in WebEx Meetings from a computer, our SX80s that are dialed in to the meeting are really struggling with the quality of the the video and audio. Shared videos are laggy with pixelation, distortion, and audio glitches.
- Everything is hardwired with 0% package loss on the VCs
- All our VCs are having the same issue
- Laptops in the same WebEx meeting can view the shared videos in perfect quality
- Incoming and Outgoing camera feeds on the VC are good
Does anyone have any thoughts regarding this? Is this a know issue with WebEx?
