Webex Recording and Missing captured video from TelePresence (TP) SX20,SX80

Hi,

 

I have following problem with recording of Webex Conferences and TelePresence Video nodes (SX20, SX80): As I download the recorded conference (MP4), I could see that the video stream was captured with these endpoints; however the audio or desktop sharing was captured.

 

During WebEx call I have no issue but the recorded Meeting is missing video (audio could be captured).

 

I found below limitation about TP endpoints and WebEx, the problem description likes my problem.

Do you agree that I am facing this limitation?

Actually this is for 2015 so I just want to know is there any progress on it?
