Webex Teams Call-In Numbers

Hopefully not the wrong place...but we have a site with Active User licensing (Call, Teams...etc.) that we can't seem to find the option(s) to enable Call-In numbers on all meetings.  Currently, we can send them external and the links and numbers show up - but if we send them internally, only the links, no call-in numbers.  I know the recent (this past weekend) update for the calendar connector was alleged to have resolved this, and it appears so with our company site...but a client site still cannot get Call-In numbers to appear on all @meet meetings. 

 

To be clear - this is using @meet in the subject line, with on premise Exchange using ExpresswayC to hybrid calendar. Both Webex Teams Call-Insites are using this same method, but the calling options for each account are different.  Ours (that work) are Basic and have no features or settings.  The client has calling features.

 

Our site configuration has an option on Common Settings > Site Options for Assign Default Call-In Numbers.  The client does not have this option in the same place.  Have multiple cases open for over a week on this and no one can clear it up.
