Hi We currently have CMS, and devices registered to CUCM. If we buy a new device such as a Webex Room kit or SX20/80 etc, what licences do we need to buy? Do we need the SMP for the CMS and TP licence to register it on CUCM?
When I make a video call to a zoom system via SIP from an SX20, the call consistently drops after 30 minutes. I reconnect the call and it drops again after 30 minutes.
