We are trying to install the expressway platform to generate remote connections and access without VPN, but the information about the ports is some confused. Can somebody send me the list of ports that the MRA needs to work to configure the FW?

There is also a dedicated firewall document:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/config_guide/X8-7/Cisco-Expressway-IP-Port-Usage-for-Firewall-Traversal-Deployment-Guide-X8-7.pdf

The pages you linked describe it quite qell. It tells you what communicates with each other

internal <> E-C <> E-E <> external

and the firewall port openings with protocol, src and dst. ports.

As you write its confusing, what is confusing you?

The ports that are required are all outlined in the MRA configuration guide, which seems to be the PDF you attached, all the ports that are needed, are outlined there.
