WIFI LAN access for Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro

Greetings,

Kindly advise how to connect Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro and deskpro to WIFI network of customer as the IT there was saying that wifi is not supported on KITPRO but the datasheet mentions wiif is available.

Need wifi access for connectivty to internet and webex CLOUD registration

The most likely cause is that xConfiguration NetworkServices Wifi Allowed is set to OFF; hop on the CLI or GUI and toggle it on.

As the data sheet mentions though, a wired connection is strongly recommended; WIFI is far more likely to have transient issues that degrade call quality.
