Wrong credentials mxp, c and ex units after upgrade

Hi,

We are not able to login at our vc units after upgrading. The passwords have been changed on 50% of the systems.

TMS has "wrong username/password" errors and we also cannot login to the systems directly. (tried IE, firefox and chrome)

Checked all the default passwords, but none of them seems to work.

Does somebody have the anwser.

Hi Ruben,

there was an issue earlier when upgrading from TC3 to TC 4

and that was fixed on TC 4.X onwards.

as we are already working on call with you, seems like we need to call it as a bug.

Hi Ruben,

You will have to take a serial access to the codec

and manually change the password.

for the same you would have to break the boot sequence  b,c

then you need to login as root. let me know if you want to go this way
